Please note that delegates must book and pay their own accommodation.ICOMOS Ireland has negotiated prices in the following hotels and self-catering apartments for you. All hotels are within a 5/10 minute walk to Dublin Castle Conference Centre. The self-catering apartments can be reached easily by public transport.
To book rooms in these hotels or the self-catering apartments at the special rates mentioned below, you must book them on the registration form. Prices are on a bed & breakfast basis (except for the apartments). Please note that October is still high season in Dublin, so hotel bookings should be made well in advance. Accommodation bookings need to be paid in full by 23 September 2010.

Self Catering Apartments: Located in Ringsend in Dublin 4, these self-catering two-bedroom apartments are fi nished to a very high standard. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, sitting room with television and balcony. These apartments are 25 minutes walking distance from Dublin Castle. The number 3 public bus leaves every 15 minutes from around the corner from the apartments and goes into the city centre close to Dublin Castle. Please state on your registration form the name of the person you would like to share the apartment with, otherwise we will allocate another delegate to share the apartment with you. |

Food
Breakfasts are served at the places of accommodation at the expense of the delegates. Dublin Castle Conference Centre is located in the heart of Dublin city centre so there are a range of shops, cafés, pubs, hotels and restaurants from which delegates can purchase their lunch. Evening meals, other than the formal receptions are at the expense of the delegate. A list of restaurants, their locations and telephone numbers, will be provided to you in your meeting bag at registration.
